SDI Open Water Diver Certification

The SDI Open Water Scuba Diver course is an entry-level certification course designed to give you the necessary skills to safely conduct open water dives. Some of the skills you will learn include buoyancy, proper weighting, marine conservation, equipment assembly, proper dive planning, and maintenance. It covers all the basic knowledge about equipment, physiology and the marine environment while training students to perform basic skills underwater. This course is the key to start exploring dive destinations around the globe or just in your backyard.

Located in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Scuba Training and  Technology Inc. is the only full service dive center in Mohave County.

Established here in 2004  our facility is home to our dive center with training, service, equipment, and gas fills.

Diving In Lake Havasu 

At Scuba Training and Technology  we take full advantage of the lake here for diving.

We have  more than 30 specific dive sites that we visit to look at shipwrecks, u/w geology,  fish habitats.  Many of the sites are accessible by your own boat, beach sites or our dive boat.

Lake Havasu is known for the London Bridge, Copper Canyon, and the location for the feature film Piranha 3-D.

Friendly Isle
